How to Order

Upon ordering contact lenses or any product from LensExpress you are automatically confirming that you have already worn contact lenses and your contact lenses have been prescribed by an eye care professional who has given you the correct fitting instructions. You are also verifying that you undergo regular eye checks and are fully aware of the use instructions (cleaning, disposability etc.,) of the products you are purchasing.

Ordering from the LensExpress e-shop is convenient and easy:

1. Find your lenses
To quickly find your favourite lenses, click on the button “Find your lenses here” or
choose the lenses by manufacturer or category.

2. Insert the lens details
    You can find the lens details from your prescription or from your current lens box.

3. Register as a regular buyer or buy as a guest
    As a regular buyer, you will receive a 5% discount on all full-priced goods. In
addition, you can record the orders and follow their fulfilment, quickly submit
reorders, and acquire information on new offers. To view regular buyer’s
discounted prices you must be logged in to your customer account.

4. Choose the delivery method and pay
    Delivery to European countries with standard mail is free, if the purchase sum
exceeds 35 EUR. Free delivery does not apply to contact lens care product
orders. Delivery with registered mail is 5 EUR, regardless of the purchase sum.
Outside European countries, we send goods only via registered mail, the cost
of which is 9 EUR.
You can pay for the purchases securely with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard,
Maestro and VISA Electron) or with a bank transfer based on the order confirmation.
