Fast Delivery
The time of delivery varies depending on if the contact lenses are in stock or not. The most common lenses and powers are normally kept in stock and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Some lenses (toric, multifocal, also some coloured lenses) take anywhere from 7-21 working days for dispatch, however this will be clearly indicated on every product page. As LensExpress does not partially ship orders the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

LensExpress is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

              

A quick overview of shipping rates:
* Standard Mail (Europe) – flat rate 5€ (service is not offered while ordering contact lens solutions)
* Registered Mail (Europe – recommended) – flat rate 10€.
* Registered Mail (rest of the world) – flat rate 10€.

Please note! Shipping to some countries (eg. Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) may also be possible via parcel terminals of Omniva or Itella SmartPost. These shipping options can be seen after entering your shipping address while placing the order. Your parcel will have a traceable routing number if you choose shipping to the parcel terminal.

All our prices are presented inclusive of VAT. Apart from the shipping fee no other taxes or surcharges are applied. Whether or not shipping will be free of charge is shown during the ordering process.

Standard Mail
Standard shipping takes an average of 3-7 days to arrive depending on the country. If your order has not arrived after 7 days please contact your local Mail Sorting Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may well be awaiting your collection. If you place an order for contact lens solutions, we recommend to use registered mail service.

Registered Mail
If you place an order for contact lens solutions or your delivery address is outside of the European countries, we recommend to use registered mail that provides higher level of security than standard mail and a traceable routing number. Registered mail takes an average of 3-7 days (Europe) or 5-10 days (other countries) to arrive depending on the country. If your order has not arrived on time please contact your local Mail Sorting Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may well be awaiting your collection. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to customs charges.
