Returns and Refunds
The consumer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving the goods and have their purchase refunded. The customer must inform the seller of their wish to withdraw from the contract in advance by e-mail info@lensexpress.ee. The returned products must be in their original packages and untainted. The returned products must be shipped via traceable mail service to the following address: Helinet Grupp OÜ, Sarapuu 82, Tabasalu, Harku vald, Harjumaa, Estonia 76901. Any return costs will be covered by the customer. Products that are not subject to return: plus power contact lenses, multifocal, toric and coloured contact lenses, plus power swimming goggles and optical glasses made in accordance with the buyer´s prescription. It is not possible to return lens containers, travel kits and tweezers for hygienic reasons.
Upon returning the goods, the seller is obligated to refund the purchase at latest within 14 days of returning the goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit card or bank account as supplied to pay for the goods. There may be a time delay of up to 15 working days before a refund appears on your credit card statement because of the time taken for the credit card companies to process your refund. During this period the refund has left our account and is held by the credit card companies before being accredited to your account. Please contact your credit card company if a refund issued by us has not turned up into your account after 15 working days. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of contact lenses is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used.
Replacement of the Defective Products
The seller must be informed of any complaints regarding the products immediately after beginning to use the product by e-mail info@lensexpress.ee. The faults of lenses must be apparent upon their first use.
Please send the product you wish to return to us with the lens package and a copy of the order and your clarifications to the following address: Helinet Grupp OÜ, Sarapuu 82, Tabasalu, Harku vald, Harjumaa, Estonia 76901. Provided that we accept the returned product as defective, we will send you a replacement lens or a discount code in the value of the defective product, which can be used for future purchases. Product delivery costs will not be compensated. If the product does not prove to be defective, the seller is not obligated to replace the product. Such an instance will be regarded as misuse of the lenses or a violation of the maintenance rules.
